At how we shape our voice, how we stand behind our decisions, and how we keep our clarity even in difficult conversations.
Together with coach Roxana Drăgan, we’ll talk about real situations - the moments when things aren’t simple - and how we can move them forward without losing our direction.
And maybe most importantly, we’ll bring together women who have done exactly that - women who didn’t just follow the conversation, but changed it.
