Performance = Potential - Interference
Although women make up nearly 54.3% of Romania’s employed population, only 21% of investment professionals are women, and 12% hold senior management positions in finance - according to the 2025 report Gender Diversity in Private Equity and Venture Capital in Romania launched by Level 20 CEE - Romania and the Romanian Private Equity Association (ROPEA).
